Congratulations on your recent engagement and one of the most exciting days of your entire life. We understand there are several catering companies to choose from therefore we work meticulously to remain the best by providing value and unique style to our clients and their guests. We invite you to experience our fresh ideas to appease your senses! We are truly privileged to be considered as your wedding caterer.

We are excited to present the following packages, created specifically for our wedding couples. These menu suggestions are some of our most popular food items prepared. They are designed to give you an idea of how diverse your reception fare can be. We take pride in our menu design, cooking or completing each item on site to ensure the highest quality achievable. You may choose one of these packages exactly as it is printed, or you may mix and match. Regardless of which menu you choose, your event is as distinctive to us as it is to you. We want to make sure your guests are satisfied from beginning to end! We feel it’s just as important to please the palate as well as the eye, and take great care with our presentation in buffet and plate design. Months prior to your special day, our Catering Manager and Chef encourage a tasting of your specific menu items for you and your fiancé to enjoy.

You will notice that we have not included prices with these menus, as we would like to give you a complete cost for your reception, including the menu, service charge, staff fees, bar, alcohol and rental estimates. We are unable to quote pricing in these packages with each wedding being unique (location, number of guests, etc…). Generally our menus range from $15.95 to $39.95 for food only. This does not include staff, service fee, rentals, bar or alcohol. We have created each menu to accommodate your needs, so you may use one of the attached menus to start with, or create from scratch.

A few other notes:

≈ Our professional and attentive staff dressed in all black attire will leave a lasting impression for you and your guests.

≈ Please note we will provide a cake cutting service at no additional cost, based on the client providing their own wedding cake. You may exchange the dessert on the following menus for a Coffee Station with Regular and Decaf Coffee.

≈ RSVP Caterers is one of few caterers in the city of Jacksonville with a full liquor license and liquor liability insurance which enables us to provide Beer, Wine, and Liquor of your choice.
